Observers can indicate whether a student is “On-Task” by selecting options such as “Academically or Passively Engaged.” If a student is “Off-Task,” further distinctions can be recorded, including categories like Off-Task Motor, Off-Task Verbal, or Off-Task Passive.

Upon completing an observation session, the app allows for rapid generation of reports that include percentage statistics along with visual representations such as graphs and charts. These visual tools facilitate effective communication of student engagement levels to parents and colleagues, providing a clear comparison of individual performance relative to peers.
